Important :
•Be confident, your voice will be heard all over the place and not get shaky at first is really important for the rest hours. 
•Reading general order of proceedings in the event like what the first is, second, third, and etc.
•Informing all parties when they'll take a break for a tea break, lunch, prayer and how long the break will last.
•Stay focus with all of agenda, sometimes there will be changes so be prepared for any incidental event.
•Look at the audience and smile. Don't look at your emcee script all the time. Making eye contact like you're talking to them is really matter.

Bulan Ramadhan gini pasti pengen makan makanan yg enak juga sehat kan waktu buka puasa ? Boleh nih dicobain resep ala chef yg gampang banget dibikin di rumah. Karena memang dibuat simple biar ngga menghabiskan tenaga selagi puasa dan menunya pun tetep sehat. ๐Ÿ˜Š Selamat mencoba yaaah .. 

Bahan :

Bahan utama :
#Ikan nila 150 gr

# Bumbu kuning / Saus Pesmol :
- Bawang merah 100 gr
- Bawang putih 50 gr
- Kemiri 50 gr
- Kunyit 80 gr
( Blender smua bahan hingga halus dan tumis)

#Bahan tambahan;
- Daun jeruk 10 gr
- Sereh 20 gr
- Jahe 20 gr
- Laos 10 gr
- Tomat 10 gr
- Gula 10 gr
- Garam 5 gr
- Merica 3 gr
- Bawang merah 20 gr

Cara memasak :
- Haluskan atau blender bumbu kuning lalu tumis bumbu hingga matang.
- Kemudian masukan bahan tambahan lainnya ke dalam bumbu dan tumis hingga matang.
- Tambahkan air dan beri bumbu penyedap sesuai selera.
- Selagi menyiapkan bumbu / saus pesmol, goreng ikan nila dengan tepung tipis hingga matang.
- Setelah ikan ditiriskan, siram saus pesmol di atas nila dan taburkan bawang goreng. Hidangan nila pun siap disajikan ๐Ÿ‘Œ

How's your day ? Hope you're doing great there, anyway.. I've got requests to write about anything related to beauty and I think I should give it a try ๐Ÿ’Œ and today's post gonna be talking about how to get healthy and pretty hair in easy way.. 


Okay, rambut adalah mahkota bagi wanita katanya mah.. kalo mahkota pasti dijagain dong biar tetep sehat. Nah tapi menurut siapa aja ngga peduli cowo atau cewe nih pasti semuanya pengen punya rambut yang sehat kan? -Rambut sehat yang otomatis rambutnya bagus- Entah rambutnya panjang, pendek, keriting, lurus atau kribo sekalipun. Nah untuk punya rambut yang sehat, sebenernya ngga perlu mikir kalo bakal ribet dan mahal .. karena bisa banget dilakuin di rumah tanpa perlu ke salon, kecuali buat nge trim rambut yang emang nggabisa sembarangan dilakuin sendiri ๐Ÿ’‡ atau perlu buat styling rambut yang juga susah kalo sendirian. 

Sebelumnya kita perlu tahu kalo buat perawatan rambut perlakuannya pasti beda beda sesuai dengan jenis rambut itu sendiri, juga sensitivitas kulit kepala yang harus diperhatiin .. Jadi yg pertama kali banget kita harus tau adalah jenis rambut juga kulit kepala kita sendiri yaaa 

Apa aja dong perawatan rambut yang harus dilakuin buat rambut yang sehat ? Ini nih jawaban nya ๐Ÿ‘‡

Eat Healthy Food

Penting banget nih buat kesehatan rambut adalah makanan juga minuman yang sehat. Asupan gizi yang cukup juga kaya nutrisi uda pasti ngaruh banget ke kesehatan rambut. Makanannya juga gampang ko dicari, yaitu yg mengandung protein seperti misalnya tahu tempe juga konsumsi susu seperti susu kedelai.. Buah dan sayur juga ikan termasuk makanan yang bagus dikonsumsi untuk kesehatan rambut. Karena sebagus apapun perawatan dari luar yg kita lakuin kalo nutrisi dari dalam tubuhnya ngga bagus uda pasti ngga akan maksimal hasilnya. 

Wash Your Hair Regularly

Keramas setiap dua hari sekali, jangan sampe dua minggu sekali yaa bisa bahaya kalo kecium orang di sebelah. ๐Ÿ˜ธTapi juga jangan keseringan tiap mandi keramas mulu, karena kalo terlalu sering akan menghilangkan minyak alami rambut yg bisa menyebabkan masalah. Misalnya kulit kepala kering bakal memicu munculnya dandruff ato ketombe. 

Plus, setelah keramas pake shampoo jangan males juga pake conditioner untuk menjaga kelembaban rambut. Kalo ngga pengen ribet, pake shampoo nya yg uda ada conditioner nya aja. 

Gunakan Produk Perawatan yg Tepat

Kalo kita uda tau jenis rambut kita seperti apa, pilih produk perawatan dari mulai shampoo, conditioner dll yang sesuai dan memang bisa merawat rambut. Jangan sampe pake yg ngga cocok nanti malah bikin rambut rusak atau kering. Udah banyak banget rangkaian produk yg bagus dan tersedia di pasaran untuk pilihan perawatan rambut. Jadi tinggal sesuaikan sama kondisi dan jenis rambut masing-masing. Semangat yaaa karena untuk nemuin produk yang tepat emang biasanya pake proses trial and error dulu, sampe akhirnya nemuin yg beneran cocok dan sesuai sama kebutuhan rambut. 

Less Heat

Terutama buat yang suka catokin rambut, please kasih jeda rambut buat nafas tanpa harus kena panas alat styling setiap hari. Styling rambut dengan hair straightener atau hair curler, juga keringin rambut pake hair dryer terus menerus bisa bikin rambut rusak, kering, dan bercabang. Jadi catokin rambutnya jangan tiap hari, kalopun harus dicatok usahain selalu kasih hair vitamin atau apapun as hair protector sebelum mulai styling. Hair dryer juga ngga bagus loh dipakenya kalo keseringan, mending biarin deh rambut kering alami setelah keramas, pake handuk aja, tapi pake handuk buat rambutnya pelan pelan juga. 

Trim Your Hair 

Jadi potong sedikit bagian di ujung rambut setiap bulannya juga bisa ngebantu buat hilangin ujung rambut yang ngga sehat. Bisa karena sering dicatok nih ujungnya jadi suka ada yg bercabang gitu kan, nah ini penting buat dibuang.. 

Kalo ngga yakin buat potong sendiri, bisa minta mama buat lakuin, tapi yang paling aman emang ke salon. Eh tapi jangan asal percaya sama hair dresser di salon ya, pilih salonnya yg uda trusted, juga ke salonnya sama mama atau temen, yang penting mah ada temennya. Kenapa emang? Karena biar ada yg memantau, abisnya aku pernah ke salon sendirian abis kelas waktu kuliah dulu, niatnya rapihin ujung rambut doang ternyata sama tante salonnya diabisin rambut panjang jadi sependek pendeknya. Ngga berhenti nangis liatin kaca, apalagi tiap dipegang kaya ngga punya rambut lagi :'( nggamau kaya gitu dong, jadi mending ajakin orang terdekat yaa kalo ke salon. Mencegah hal buruk terjadi uda jelas lebih baik daripada bete kalo rambut kesayangan jadi berantakan. 

Treat Your Hair Perfectly

Merawat rambut biar sehat ngga boleh setengah hati guys, biar hasilnya optimal. Emang ngga bakal instan hasilnya langsung sempurna, makanya harus dirawat secara berkelanjutan ahaha yakaliii macem program pembangunan ya kan ๐Ÿ˜›

Do s and Don't s :
•Rambutnya jangan disisir dalam keadaan basah setelah keramas ya, biarin kering dulu baru deh disisir biar ngga gampang rontok. 
•Jangan males nyisir rambut, karena nggamau kan rambutnya jadi galing alias gimbal ? Rambut yg sering ngga disisir bisa bisa susah diaturnya. 
•Kalo mau tidur rambutnya biarin bebas jangan diiket terus ya. Kasian T.T 
•Berjemur di pagi hari kalo abis keramas juga bisa bikin makin sehat, selain rambutnya kering alami, kebutuhan tubuh akan sinar matahari pagi jadi terpenuhi dan tentu bagus buat kesehatan. Tapi ngga lebih dari jam 8 ya berjemurnya. 
•Sinar matahari emang bagus  kalo di pagi hari, tapi setelah jam 8 uda ngga  lagi. Makanya jangan stay lama di bawah sinar matahari setelah jam 8, pake topi yaa buat lindungin rambut dari panas terik matahari yang ngga bagus.

Style Rambut Sesuai Bentuk Wajah 

Kalo perawatan rambutnya biar sehat uda dilakuin, berarti tinggal rambutnya dibikin pas sama style ato kepribadian kita. Nah mau potong rambut ke salon juga harus tau style apa yang sesuai buat wajah kita, karena kalo ngga sesuai bakal jadi aneh jatohnya. Tapi kalo suka experiment sama hair style juga ngga masalah asal bisa besar hati sama setiap hasilnya. ๐Ÿ†’

FYI, rambut aku uda pernah disegala macemin dari model ala Harajuku yg ngga beraturan panjang pendeknya kontras banget (ini jaman labil SMA), trus rambut yg panjang banget sampe dikira ngga napak tanah (sering pake outfit nya putih putih juga waktu kuliah jadi dikirain jurig kali, soalnya serius sampe pernah diliatin kakinya banget), keriting juga uda pernah di mana I expected bakal kaya Ms Granger (Harry Potter girl you all might know) waktu lagi kerja dulu sebelum pake hijab eh tapi malah jadi ahjumma (baca: bibi) ๐Ÿ˜Œ dan sekarang uda normal balik lurus lagi dengan sendirinya karena emang dari sananya uda lurus .. 

^Easy Steps at Home

•Shampoo ( apply thoroughly )
•Conditioner ( do not apply to hair scalp or read the directions ) 
•Hair Tonic ( apply some amount of it on hair scalp and massage gently) 
•Hair Vitamin ( apply it on your hair ends  )
•Extraordinary Oil ( bisa dipake setelah keramas, buat heat protector sebelum styling rambut ato waktu rambut uda kering ) 
•Ada juga hair energizer yg ngebantu rambut biar tetep wangi seharian. 
•Bisa pake hair mask / creambath setiap dua kali seminggu di rumah. 

Well, yakin deh semua usaha ini pasti ada hasilnya dan bikin bahagia kecuali satu doang bikin nangis, kalo produk" buat rambut tadi dipakenya sampe kena mata ๐Ÿผ yang ada nangis mata panda karena pedih..

Mr. Lee Jeon as well as the staff members of  the office of International and External Cooperation at Gyeongsang National University,

Respectable all participants of GNU Winter Camp, and distinguish ladies and gentlemen!

I am Rifka, in this special evening, its my honor to represent all participants of GNU Winter Camp. First, I would like to express our sincere gratitude to GNU for such warm welcoming, great hospitality and an unforgettable memories for about two weeks of our stay.

On behalf of the participants, I would like to express our admiration and appreciation to GNU for this program that we really enjoy in Korea, all about Korea such as culinary, culture, industry, and wonderful historical sites, and the lovable people in Korea. There are a lot of good things we get here, we learn new lessons, we make new friendship and we have such amazing experiences through this short time. But then, as the time flies by really fast, it feels like we are just coming here to have a warm welcoming from GNU and, today in the same place, it is already the day that I have to deliver this farewell speech. It reminds me that this is almost come to an end, but I want you to think if this is not the end, but this is a beginning for us to build our relations and to tighten our friendship. 

But if I may say, we are not only friends, and we are not only participants in this Winter Camp, but we are a family of this GNU Winter Camp. So, even though we will be separated by times and distances, as a family, we will always be a family, and all of our sweet memories here will last and we will live on forever. I remember when we laugh out loud together, have silly jokes, and try to understand each other because we have different culture and language even though sometimes we have to use our gesture just to make another people understand about what we mean, but we are going to miss this moment that is worth it. I'm so grateful to have you as my new family in Korea and I wish to hear our great success and best luck in the future. I wish we will meet again someday, may be in Korea or in another place, and may God bless us all the way. 

Someone says that don't cry because its over but smile because it happened. So let's smile together and keep this family in warm although we are in the winter season. Well, on behalf of this family, I would like to extend our sincere gratitude and we are so thankful to GNU for this fantastic and wonderful program. See you later in the next special occasion, Thank you so much.
